That is what I'm on right now.
Sunday, Fourth of July, 2010, early afternoon.
A month from now, I'll be in Kobe dancing. A couples days from then, I'll be back in Tokyo, hoping the the days don't end. And a couple days from that, I'll be in a car, headed toward Wyoming.
When given the opportunity to train on my own, I instead ruin my body. I can only blame so much on the intensity of the almost nightly World Cup games. The rest is on myself.
Before August's whirlwind comes a-blowing, there's plenty of other things to keep me busy. Final reports, exams, homework in general, not to mention that training I was just talking about.
And then there are the potatoes. The little, adorable potatoes were a gift from a student, from the vegetable garden he keeps.
Diet and exercise. Exercise the mind and body.
For now, I'll put on some pounding electro music, shorts, and the AC in my room.
But that's all for after I get off this train.
